APO SZ 10 (British military base Cairo Egypt) p/m on back dated April 24 1918 alongside Amsterdam arrival p/m May 24 1918 (almost 4 month voyage). Scarce free franking cover mailed by civilian . Until February 10 1918 Most known free franking mail abroad was done by British military personal. Cover iwth middle vertical fold & tiny tear on top margin, otherwise F-VF.
