Israel Postal History - Official stamps used as postage dues.  cover mailed first 3.2.1952 from Jerusalem Hebrew University to hospital in Haifa with postage meter stamp of 20 Pruta and with next day ar/pm on back. From Haifa the cover forewarded to Dejani hospital in Jaffa (New address written on front) with Tel Aviv-Jaffa p/m dated 6.2.1952 .  x2  15 Pruta official stamps on back used as postage dues stamps tied by 5.2.1953 Haifa p/m (the 1953 is error, should be 1952 as the Hebrew date of Tav,Shin Yod Bet conform 1952). F-VF.
